NetDragon Websoft Inc. paid a final dividend of HK$0.05 per share for the year ended 31 December 2009 on its outstanding shares on June 1 2010. The total payment amounts to approximately RMB 23,270,000. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of HK$0.082 per share paid for the six months ended June 30 2009, the total payment having amounted to approximately RMB 38,208,000
